- Our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from:
- United States fulfillment centers, and
- Select international fulfillment partners, depending on product availability and destination.
Shipping origin may vary by item. This does not affect the shipping fee displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified via email.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing is completed.
- United States: 3–6 business days
- International: 7–17 business days

- Dovorko does not guarantee delivery dates.
5. Shipping Fees
- United States Orders: Flat rate of $4.95
- International Orders: Flat rate of $10.95
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. No hidden fees are added after purchase.
6. Taxes, Duties & Customs (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees.
- Dovorko is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active on the carrier’s website.
8. Incorrect Address, Refused, or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Dovorko is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned due to address errors or refusal, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- We may request photos or additional information to assist with carrier claims.
- Resolution options may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and eligibility.
10. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused
- Items are in original condition and packaging
- The return complies with our Returns & Refunds Policy
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
