1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Customized, personalized, or special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed or modified after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are processed on the next business day.

2. How to Cancel an Order
To request an order cancellation:

- Our team will review the current order status.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will confirm the cancellation via email.
Cancellation requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the order status at the time of review.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–9 business days.
- Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are refunded only if the order is canceled before shipment.
- Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for shipping fee refunds.
4. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return, except where required by applicable law.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items (After Delivery)
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect:

- After verification, we will offer at no additional cost:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- A refund if a replacement is not available or preferred

6. Policy Limitations
- Cancellation requests submitted after shipment confirmation cannot be honored.
- Dovorko reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that fall outside this policy.
